Quotation Terms
The terms that apply to our quotes for supply, repairs and calibration.

These terms apply to all quotes issued by Surgi-Clin (Pty) Ltd, unless we agree otherwise in writing. They should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
Validity
Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote, or for 30 days where no period is shown. After that, prices and availability may change and the quote may need to be re-issued.
Pricing
- Prices are quoted in South African Rand.
- Quotes indicate whether VAT and any delivery or call-out charges are included.
- Prices are subject to confirmation of stock and, where applicable, current exchange rates for imported goods.
Orders and acceptance
A quote is an invitation to order, not a binding contract. An order is confirmed once you accept the quote in writing and, where required, we receive the agreed deposit or purchase order.
Stock and lead times
Availability and lead times are estimates given in good faith and may change. We will keep you informed of any material delay. Some items are sourced to order.
Delivery and risk
Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk in goods passes on delivery; ownership passes once payment is received in full.
Payment
- Payment terms are stated on the quote or invoice.
- A deposit may be required before work begins or stock is ordered.
- Account facilities are subject to approval and agreed credit terms.
Repairs and calibration
Repair quotes are based on the fault assessed at the time. If additional faults or parts are found, we will provide a revised quote before continuing. Calibration is carried out to applicable SAHPRA and ISO requirements, with certificates supplied on completion.
Warranty
New equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty. Any warranty on repairs is stated on the quote or job card. Warranties exclude misuse, accidental damage and unauthorised modification.
Cancellations and returns
Cancellation of confirmed orders, or return of special-order or non-stock items, may incur charges. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act are not affected.
