Usually yes. Most practices book an annual visit where every device is tested in one session and certificated individually, which is far less disruptive than calling us per item. Send a list of your equipment and we will quote the visit.
Yes. We are a SAHPRA-registered medical device establishment (licences 00001974MD and 00002058MD) with ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 certified quality systems. Certificates record the readings before and after adjustment and the reference equipment used, which is what an auditor asks to see.
